Our Mission Statement
To service its members by providing and
promoting programs and services to enhance members’ freedom and ability to
conduct their business successfully with integrity and competency.
To promote increasing confidence in the
REALTORS® Special skills and knowledge; and through collective action to
promote ths extension and preservation of the right to own, use and
transfer real estate.
Our General Objectives
1. Assist members to increase their
productivity, proficiency and profit. Provide a full range of
education programs, products and services.
2. Have a strong adherence to and enforcement
of the Code of Ethics. Educate and provide an ongoing awareness of
the Code of Ethics. Review adequacy or arbitration procedures.
3. Promote, Protect and Strengthen the right
to own, use and transfer real property. Participate in influencing
favorable real estate related legislation and regulation at all levels of
government. Promote equal access to housing
4. Promote the affordability and availability
of real property. Assist in the development of programs to promote
affordability of housing at all levels. Encourage the flow of
capital into the local real estate market.
5. Improve public awareness of, and confidence
in, Board members and the benefits provided by their services.
Enhance REALTOR® image in the eyes of the public. Develop a program
to sharpen the awareness of the distinction between REALTORS® and non
members.
